Global Chair Components - Update on COVID 19

The Global team takes pride in our hard-won reputation for continuity in supplying and delivering when others cannot. We have worked incredibly hard post the Chinese Corona Virus shutdown to retain this and ensure sufficient stock to meet your ongoing needs. As the virus hit our shores, we have remained fully operational and met all our target service standards, but taken a number of extreme measures to secure the health and well-being of our staff.

A large proportion of our customers have closed or are in the process of doing so for the foreseeable future, but some continue to provide support for essential businesses such as the NHS and government departments. We are continuing to operate with a skeleton team to support essential and urgent purchases prioritising NHS equipment manufacturers.

Please note despite the current state of ‘lockdown’, we at Global will still try to help in any way we can. All activity that can be carried out remotely, such as project planning, product selection and costing, can and will continue via online communications, email or telephone.
